Unfortunately that is not possible - amazon.com ships international, but Amazon Fulfillment will only ship limited items internationally - Parallella has not qualified and I can't find out what are the qualification criteria either.
Where are you that you are unable to purchase via RS Components?

I am in the EU. But I don't see how mentioning that will help people in our fellow neighbouring continents to get their hands on your product.
