Shipping?

I received the email blast today, as did everyone else with an extant order (I assume).

What is unclear (because Adapteva didn't specifically say it) is whether or not orders are being shipped in the interim, or are the orders being aggregated to ship en masse?

My order was for two 7020/GPIO boards, and it was a fairly early pre-order (1596, I think).

At this point, Adapteva should be able to tell us when our orders will ship. A drop dead date is not really helpful right now.

If production will support firm drop dead dates for the 7010 and 7020 boards, it should also support providing shipping dates.

You can assume that all pre-orders for 7020's will ship on april 30th, 2014. There is a chance that some of them will ship earlier, but please don't rely on it.

Reading this thread I wonder if there is some confusion.

I didn't receive the pre-order email either, but that's because I'm a Kickstarter backer and it doesn't apply to me. (Backers should have theirs shipped before pre-orders.)

I (#1,956) haven't received my shipping notification but I see from the Kickstarter comments that #2,013 and #2,810 have already got their notifications. Are the being shipped according to backer number or US domestics are shipping first then international?

I haven't received it too, I'm #1580 from Europe...
I think the backer number should define the order.
