A camera connector added, otherwise mostly the same.

Actual footprint is for raspi camera. (see schematic for more details).

Are there plans to make it available for purchase?
I have backorder on digikey for 1.0 version, but seems it is not going to happen...

Yes, given the total pin count with those four Samtec connectors, it's going to need a few layers! However, I understand that the assembled board will be available from DigiKey.

1 board is still available on digikey out of 20 boards in this batch.
My backordered order for 1.0 was shipped from this batch, so hopefully it will be 2.0 version.
