Porcupine Alternatives

I have just received my Parallella (embedded platform with Zynq 7020). I tried buying through DigiKey but they did not respond to my e-mails and the board never arrived. So, I cancelled that order and bought via RS (much faster). However, only DigiKey sells the Porcupine breakout board
Is there any way I can get access to the pins without the Porcupine? Is it possible to buy Porcupine from other distributor?
