tutorials for design flow of zynq and epiphany together

I know how to program and debug the PL and PS part of the ZYNQ and also how to build a BSP which include epiphany controller. I also know (not have any practical experience though) how to program and debug the Epiphay by ECLIPSE IDE. But the thing I want to know is how to program and debug both ZYNQ and epiphany together. I mean what step should I exactly take in Vivado and ECLIPSE when I want to debug and program the whole Parallella board together? and finally how should I merge the program that I compiled for epiphany by ECLIPSE into the ARM and Fpga program that I have compiled before by Vivado
