where to buy 64 or 1024 epiphany processors?

I keep reading that there are Epiphany processors with 64 cores (EPIPHANY-IV 64-CORE 28NM MICROPROCESSOR (E64G401) https://www.adapteva.com/products/e64g401/) or even 1024 cores (Epiphany-V: A 1024-core 64-bit RISC processor https://www.parallella.org/2016/10/05/e ... processor/)
Do anybody know a board that contains any of these processors similar to The Parallella Board (https://www.parallella.org/board/)
or even can we buy any of these processors individually and put in some workstation?
