Parallella & Jack for RT application

I'm writing here because I would like to know your experience with Jack Server Audio on Parallella. I've found some information about, but my interests are more focalized on real time processing perfomance. For example, what's the lowest period_size/samplerate you ever reached ? What are the best settings of kernel for you ?
