do remember that a single transistor is a lot different than a complete processor. graphene is only interesting if have no concerns about power or heat. it should do well in space.

the tech i'm far more interested in is the because it's very low power. they just have to solve that pesky manufacturing issue.

MOLYBDENITE is much more interesting as a computer chip or solar cell etc.
Their are problems with GRAPHENE.
