robot setup

i was wondering what would be the best bord for a robot their are three bords to chose from for the parallella and this robot will be an artoo unit with a lot to it. ill want semi autonomous for the apearince of ai voice comands insted of a remote camra to view route and to know what is or isent in front of him lights voice comand not remote collision detection auto follow preferably a signal along with video and move ment powered by servos so witch parallella or parallellas whould i be needing to operate all this simultaneously the way i will need it to
