when replacing my sd img I noticed the dtb files from early access board is completely different from the in the ftp site.
here are the txt output comparison
from ftp site,
#address-cells = <0x1>;
#size-cells = <0x1>;
compatible = "xlnx,zynq-zc770";

aliases {

from my board,

even though so far I haven't found any problem, but that seems to be a concern. Any history?

The SD image that shipped with the December boards was based on the ADI linux reference design with the HDMI interface.(initially forked from Xilinx? but with significant mods). The new headless image on the ftp site is based on the the newest Xilinx sources. The two versions are very different,but based on our testing done so far on the Parallella board the new distro seems quite stable. Still, there is definitely a lot of corner case testing to be done..

One issue with the new dtd is the ethernet init only works at 1G and not 100M.
