Parallella Community

Hi Guys,

I've bought parallella last year, powered it up only few times. It worked normally. Now I have some more time to play with it.
So I've powered it on as previously, but nothing showed up on serial. The main green led is on and two other leds on eth port are too.
My power supply (2.5A) gives smooth 4.97v (checked using oscilloscope).
The eth LEDs look like they were dimmed.
Is there any way to diagnose the board?
Any ideas? I would be grateful for any help.
