Like, ray tracing is the ultimate method of 'reality rendering' and in real time to boot. I am poring over your code as we speak - thank you indeed for making that public domain - as it has a simple production structure which I will adopt ( as the Eclipse approach is in flux at present ) :

host code + Epiphany code -> makefile -> run via script

Actually I once had a Pentium 90 that did such ray-tracing ( ~ 1995 ) and yes it was awfully slow. You could leave it overnite to punt out a few dozen frames ....

[ Barbican are cool dudes. They have a James Bond exhibition here in Melbourne ( Victoria, Australia ) currently, presenting a host of JB stuff to witness the style and trends over time of that franchise. I even got to see the teeth that Jaws used, the actual Golden Gun, and that famous Aston Martin* ! ]
